Nature awakens from hibernation and all flowers start blooming - this is spring in Villnöss valley! We would also like to interpret this period of time from a gastronomic point of view and invite you to the speciality weeks in spring that take place from 24th May until 2nd June 2024 in different restaurants in the valley.
Local herbs and original aperitifs
In cooperation with Slow Food Travel, the restaurants welcome you with traditional delicacies typical of Villnöss valley. The dishes have been reinterpreted and refined; the focus is on regional products and local herbs as well as our special spring aperitif.
This initiative aims to intensify the cooperation between local farmers and gastronomy with local products and to strengthen local cycles.
