With the Mobilcards you can use all public transport in South Tyrol, this includes:

The Mobilcard as well as the DolomitiCard are not valid on long-distance or high-speed trains (EC, Freccia, Italo, Railjet, etc.), Nightliner and on some seasonal bus lines of tourist interest.
